The problem this course starts from

A facial is easy to sell and easy to get wrong: treating a condition that needed a referral, layering products that fight each other, or promising results that are not yours to promise.

Kit before you pay4 items
  • A couch or a reclining chair with clean linen
  • Cleanser, exfoliator, a mask and a serum
  • Towels, a headband and spatulas
  • A willing model for practice routines

You supply the kit yourself: the course does not include any physical kit. The kit-list PDF is yours to keep.

What this course does not do

  • No diagnosis, no medical claims. It teaches you when to refer, not how to diagnose or treat a skin condition. The product lessons avoid medical claims, and so should you.
  • No live tutor. The lessons are recorded. Questions about the content go to the team by chat or email and are answered in working hours.
  • No marking. Nobody reviews your practice work or signs it off.
  • Not a regulated qualification. You receive a certificate of completion from Dalby Online. It is not an Ofqual or RQF qualification.
  • Ask your insurer first. Many insurers want a recognised qualification, a hands-on assessment, or both. Find out what yours accepts before you buy.

What you can do afterwards
